01 / SETUP

A clear path to your first connection.

  1. 01

    Use Hermes 0.22.0 or newer and read the versioned package instructions below. Install with hermes plugins install postroom, then enable it with hermes plugins enable postroom.

  2. 02

    Configure the remote Postroom server with OAuth and untrusted tool access; complete Hermes browser authorization.

  3. 03

    Verify your own workspace and unscheduled previews before enabling publishing.

Social provider credentials stay server-side. OpenClaw can automatically upload generated images using the bundled helper and its separately authorized local OAuth grant. Image generation uses your configured service. ChatGPT attachment import is limited to trusted ChatGPT URLs. TikTok uses creator-completed inbox upload through this connector.
